重庆药用辅料研发生产项目

　　项目我方投资1800万元（整个项目投资1.3亿元）。公司拥有国内唯一的聚维酮类原料再纯化技术专利，技术水平处于世界领先地位。项目位于重庆长寿经济技术开发区，主要从事高分子材料PVP系列产品的研发、生产及销售，系列产品包括PVP-P、PVP-K、PVP-VA、PVP-I，广泛应用于药用辅料、食品、化妆品、工业等领域。生产线设计产能3000吨，可根据需要扩产至5000吨。

　　公司PVP项目的设计、建造、设备安装严格执行ISPE验证V模型，质量体系贯穿于产品的生命周期。已经通过OHSAS18001、ISO9001及14001、HACCP、HALAL、KOSHER及欧洲第三方机构GMP认证。产品已获得欧盟CEP号、美国DMF号，即将完成国内辅料注册。公司计划用2-3年的时间再获得美国FDA、EDQM、中国GMP等认证，建立国际水平的研发中心。

　　公司成功引进世界最大的药用辅料经营企业之一的德国JRS公司成为外资股东，从而成为重庆唯一一家中外合作的医药企业。公司也以此为契机，打造成为世界药用辅料的龙头企业。
